through consultant , telephonic interview, one on one discussion background checks and normally give first chance to internal employees than if suitable candidate not found from internal source search started from ourside candidate. first thrugh consultant candidate selected. placement consultany are primary source. sometimes college placement also be done. it consisted of four rounds. first was HR round where we were asked to talk about ourselves. then we had an online assessment which was logical and had to basically stick to the rules set and not think in a regular manner. then it was a voice and accent test. final round was with the operations manger who was quite cool and also went well.

It was a smooth process for internal candidates, you apply, fill out a packet and depending on the packet and points accumulated you are then moved to a panel interview and based on the points you will be offered the position
Got in touch with a recruiter quickly and set up an interview. Was very professional and treated fairly. Went right to training and was offered a job for the next hiring group. The whole process was fast and efficient.
Not hard friendly and kind people. Nothing too crazy. They ask about your personality availability flexibility and such. Have to lift 50 pounds by yourself and operate many different machines so be ready to learn a lot without a lot of help.
