Entrevista
Background, Action, Result scenario questions, questions relating to how you handled different scenarios. It was a panel based interview conducted via Skype. Total time was approximately 30 minutes. Last question was a motivational question on why you want to work there.

Personnel Development- how did you develop a subordinate
Starts or ends with basic interview, explain why you are a good pick for this position. The rest of the interview is then STAR /BAR based. Questions are going to see how you've managed people and a couple on how you managed issues. Make sure you have plenty of examples in your head to draw on for the interview.

Entrevista
Interviews are held either over the phone or in person if all applicants are local. Interview consists of ten questions. The interviewer is able to choose one of two questions for each of the ten categories. Most questions center around a "Tell me about a time when..." style and the person being interviewed is asked to phrase the response in the "B.A.R." style (Background, Action, Result).
