Very brief "interview". I was asked why I left my previous job, how do you handle employee conflicts in the workplace, and what shift I preferred. Received a phone call three days later with job offer.

How do you handle employee conflicts in the workplace?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
