It took years of hard work to be shown I deserved the job. The interview was fairly easy and asked situational questions then wanted you to answer them in a BAR sequence. Other then that, personality questions were asked as well.

many candidates are interviewed by hr. list is narrowed down and remaining candidates are interviewed by management. asked to describe specific instances in which you have used innovation, your attitude towards change, a time you've dealt with conflict, etc.
