The interview is short. The first training day is long. With about 2 hours of videos. The interview was 1 on 1. It was a comfortable environment. They called just a couple of days after I applied. The background check took about a week and a half to go through.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
