Me postulé en persona. Acudí a una entrevista en FedEx Custom Critical (Uniontown, OH) en nov 2013
Entrevista
One interview in person. I offered to tell my interviewer how every phase of this job was done. He kept nodding his head, yes to every thing I said. He was hiring 14 girls. I got a letter saying that he was looking for a better fit. Age discrimination.

I did not think any of the questions were difficult. I performed this exact position for 1 1/2 years at another trucking company, went to Fedex with good credentials, a solid work history and good work ethics. I am over 45 years old, and was definitely discriminated against my age.
Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en FedEx Custom Critical (Uniontown, OH) en ene 2010
Entrevista
The interview was typical big-corporate red tape. It took several e-mails to get a phone call. Several phone calls to get invited to fly to OH. Several visits to get an offer. Several offer counters to take the job. The interview process is overly formal, and through. Overall I could tell that management didn't have a clue, but I thought that I would be able to use my experience to teach them something. They made it seem like the FedEx brand would be my ticket to all the sales that I wanted. I was promised good account leads from other divisions of FedEx. None of those things happened.
