Application was done through the Runner app, it was easy enough, most question were just about basic qualifications. Asked about Mr previous experience handling time sensitive deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Entrevista
You will just submit very basic information online, then they will schedule you to attend a short group orientation in person at a conference room near you. I believe we watched a video. We received our delivery bag there as well, but I think you wait up to a couple weeks for the runner credit card in the mail.

Entrevista
There was no interview. You just have to show up to one of the orientations where they explain a little bit about the company and how to use the app to do deliveries. They'll give you a shirt and then you are pretty much on your way. After that you have to sign up for slots to do the actual deliveries.
