Had an initial interview with HR. Was promised to get an update on the next steps within next few days. No news for a week. Sent an email to the HR for an update. No response after 2 weeks. Radio silence. Even if they felt the candidate wasn’t a fit, it will be courteous to inform so the candidate won’t be left hanging. It says a lot on the company culture and HR processes. Many successful companies have excellent recruiting processes in place and make it a point to update candidates on the process timeline and progress. Fave recruiting and talent acquisition has a lot to catch up.

HR screening interview and then hiring manager interview, HR didn't provide an update with the interview process and strange enough, a few months later, received another invitation to speak with another HR. Very disorganized

Very clear interview process and one with the HR, one with the hiring manager, one with the sales manager. Previous hiring manager was really nice and he was a great mentor
