Very good, asked questions about designing a car, what do I know about the design software, do I have any experience working on them. a normal way or steps to design any product from scratch
The standard procedure includes initial interviews focused on assessing both soft skills and technical abilities. Following these, a second interview takes place with representatives from the USA. Additionally, a third interview may be conducted if deemed necessary.
Tool test was arranged for the interview process. After that technical questions round was there. Total 2 hrs given for Cad test. Based on the project requirements cad test is scheduled.

The process consists of aptitude and technical exam followed by technical interview.after cracking all this we will get the offer letter.technical interview is quite easy if u know basics of mechanical fundamentals
