1. Phone screen with Recruiter then written questionnaire. 2. Phone interview with Management Development Director. 3. On site interview with GM. These three steps moved fast, all within 3 weeks. Then the company ghosted me. I did a follow up email and call to the recruiter and no response. Same with the hiring manager. I don't expect companies to follow up with every candidate but someone you meet in person should receive some type of feedback.
