Be professional, dress appropriately. Be honest about past experiences, including mistakes. Do not be surprised if there is more than one interviewer. Honesty was the most important factor in their decision. Don't act knowledgable on a certain topic if you don't completely understand. They do offer opportunities for learning if you are offered the job.

Negative interview experience. Had an issue connecting for the virtual interview, called the recruiter who is 1) in another state and 2) was on vacation. I had no way to get in contact with the person I was interviewing with. I called the number on Google who gave me their direct line and email address. Didn't answer when I called, but emailed me back instantly with a cold short remark
