I am currently preparing for the Fauji Fertilizer Company Management Trainee interview. From my research and seniors’ feedback, the interview process is structured and focuses on basic concepts of chemistry/engineering, communication skills, and personality assessment. The company is highly reputable in Pakistan’s fertilizer industry and offers strong learning opportunities for fresh graduates.

The interview took place at their Sadiqabad plant. There are 2 interviews: one is preliminary and the other is a panel interview.
Both the interviews are technical. Make sure to revise all the courses that you have studied during the degree before coming for interview.
