This wasn't an interview but a meet with the EB. Red Flags abound. If you are a new agent please consider a full service brokerage that will be supportive and provide education. When talked to the broker I got the distinct feeling that my time here would mean great difficulty getting in touch with the broker due to his schedule. The low transaction fee wasnt worth wasting time and taking taking on the liability $$$$ of being a baby agent doing deals with no real understanding of the industry and no support from the eb.

Fairly easy not difficult. It really is up to you which brokerage you choose do not go with seventy 30 splits or eighty twenty split unless the brokerage provide you leads.

If you have a real estate license, they will hire you. It is very straightforward, as with most real estate companies. You can hang your license with them as well, if not in current production.
