Initial interview was with some of the team members that mainly involved experience, what the roles entails and background on the company itself. Relatively straightforward screening interview and get to know session.

It started with a screening call with HR, who asked a few basic questions. Then there was an interview with the hiring editors. Third was the writing and math test.
