Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Fastenal (Charlotte, NC) en mar 2009
Entrevista
Overall, the interview process was pretty easy. I talked with the district manager at a career fair at the university I attended. You interview with the district manager and as long as you impress him, you then interview with the manager for whichever store you are being hired into. I honestly didn't feel like I had a particularly impressive interview, however I still received a job offer. The questions are pretty much the ones you get at every interview. The only one that stands out in my mind though is about a time you provided superior customer service. The others were more of the same type of BS. I accepted hoping that I would get a full time position or at the very least full time hours upon the completion of school, however that's not happening any time soon.

The process took 5 weeks. I applied online through Job posting from school. After a week, got a mail to set up an interview with District Manager. A week later, I got 2 tests to do, one to test how fast you learn about the internal system, one to test the personality. Those tests wasnt hard, just common sense questions. About 2 weeks later, got a mail to set up the second interview with General Manager. 2 days later, got the job offer.

it was very basic and easy. they arent a bad company to work for except the hours are limited. as a part timer you can only work up to about 16 hours a week going by the company policy. you have to wait for a full time sales position to open up which isnt even gauranteeing you anything. very good experience though. you get to see all sides of the business
