There was a six week time lapse between my initial interview and my hire date. The interviewer was very uninterested in the process and seemed to have the same set of questions for every potential hire. I inferred that the company has a very specific personality type in mind for all sales positions. The interviewer was courteous but seemed to be reciting a standard operating procedure manual for each facet of the interview. once hired I filled out paperwork relinquishing the company of all liability for any accidents that may befall me. A mandatory non-competition agreement must be signed before you begin work on the first day.

a scripted interview, very mechanical, not very much room for improvisation, expected rehearsed and standard interview answers. Met with two managers in an office there were appx 15 questions. The interview took appx 30 minutes. I was passed on to the next interview. It is a three stage process.

It was a brief interview, we chatted over the phone once and then met again in person. It was a very quick process, I was offered the job 2 weeks after the first phone interview.
