Interview questions were somewhat ridiculous. In my car the lady who interviewed me gave me an application to fill out before the interview after we began the interview she was basically reading questions from a paper which seemed to be a standard form of questions asked of each applicant. No originality, wuestions should be based on individual basis and also according to the position for which the person is being interviewed. The lady interviewing oils not gave possibly been an HR professional she could not have been more than 20. Very infantile and not at all professional. It seems upper management sent this young lady to do his/ her job for them and screen people. Would not want to work for a company where a person who would be the hiring manager does not have the common sense and courtesy to interview applicants themselves.
