I applied in Aug 2023. First had an initial recruiter screen and hit it off well with the person I interviewed with. I was invited to the next round less than a week later, then scheduled the second interview exactly a month in advance. Get reached out to for moving the interview up by two weeks, then have a second interview that was approx 2.5 hours. Both interviews were over Zoom. I don’t interview well so I had a hard time not getting overwhelmed by how long the second interview was. The first part of the interview was a Wonderlic test, and it was actually very fun, felt like a trivia game. The person who interviewed me was very conversational and even the technical portion felt like we were solving them together. I got asked about the projects I’ve done, some classes I took in college, and then lots of brain teasers and one pseudo code question which I ended up actually coding. Overall a great experience, and everyone I met with was friendly.

First interview: OOP questions, what are the 3 kinds of loops, behavioral questions, explain how you would teach 5th graders how credit cards work? Second interview: Wonderlic test (heavy focus on mental math, word scrambles, pattern recognition), Brain teasers (15 horses, 3/5 gallon jug, how many barbers are in NYC), behavioral questions (know your resume inside and out, lots of questions about project details and working on a team)
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
