Started with a behavioral interview with a couple really minor technical questions about Java. Second interview was meant to be technical but was mostly solving logic problems. I think the lack of real technical questions reflected the work that would be done in this role. From what I had heard most of it is just maintaining their applications and teaching clients how to use them, not much real heavy dev work to be done.

I was asked about my previous experience, basic programming concepts, problem-solving, and how I approach coding tasks. The interviewers were professional and explained the next steps clearly.

Multilevel, looking to discern your ability to think outside of the box. There was a technical assessment component, and an IQ-like set of questions. You can be called into multiple interviews if you are seen as a potential. Moving is emphasized in the interview.
