Seems like a great company for the right person, but the interview process had some large holes in it that should be addressed. First of all every question in my interview was posted right here on Glassdoor. Also, I found every question to the mansa test online the night before as well..
If you want this job you can "study" and ace it 100%! I did not really want a career here, but the company pays well.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
