The recruiter will have a brief, informal interview with you about your background. You will then be asked to take a logic/reasoning assessment, followed by a 1.5 hour interview with another assessment and behavioral questions. Your logic question/test response and process will be observed by the interviewer. You have to show your paper/scratch paper.
