They have you go through a phone screen, then a 45 minute Excel test while they watch you, and then a final interview after that. The recruiter I worked with didn’t remember who I was. I sent my transcripts, but she later emailed saying I was disqualified for not sending them even though I did, so I had to resend everything. Also in the second interview she had me repeat pretty much everything I already said in the first interview. The Excel test itself is also kind of strange. I’ve never had a company watch me take one like that. Also, the role isn’t hybrid right away. You have to work in office for at least 3 to 6 months before transitioning.
