Interview was fairly lengthy, around 1 and a half hours,,starting with a group interview, around 20 who were then split into smaller groups to do an easy group task. We then had to do a basic numeracy test, followed by a 1 to 1 interview. Managers very friendly and mainly look for someone who is bubbly, not too pushy and flexible! Be prepared for monthly stock takes, our store has been known to be still there at around 11 at night. If you have kids make sure you have reliable child care since you're all expected to work lates and weekends.
