Very insightful. Interviewed with 3 people at the same time, but not intimidating. The whole process starts with the recruiter reaching out by phone and performing a general interview. The whole process was refreshing as it was not high pressure.
I was interviewed by a panel of managers from the department. It was a situational question based interview. It was one interview and I received a callback from HR with the job offer.
