Phone interview. Very brief, easy questions. In person behavioral based interview with supervisor. Very laid back. Got a call a week or two after with an offer. Only downside is they don't give you much time to consider the offer

It was very casual, but I had to explain my experiences in working with people, and have an example of what type of "conflict" I had to resolve in a group or project setting. It was a copy paste of a normal interview, but it went more into the introspection of conversing with clientele and was more focused on my productivity and socialization skills
