The interview process was conversational and focused on understanding my leadership style, experience handling customer concerns, and ability to support and develop a team. It included situational questions, discussion of real work scenarios, and an opportunity to ask questions about expectations and team goals.

Right when the interview started, the recruiter told me I had good experience (four years) for the role and would be bumped for the next stage. 10 days later I received a notice saying I was not selected for the next stage. I was disappointed the recruiter seemingly lied to me. It is not a difficult interview and lasted about 20 minutes.
