I recently completed the in-person interview for the engineering role. While I appreciate the opportunity, the experience highlighted some potential red flags. The interview environment was notably strained, and the dialogue focused more on the interviewer’s personal tenure and internal disagreements than on the technical requirements of the role. Given these observations, I have some reservations about the team’s cultural health and overall professional alignment.

Entrevista
One of the most positive interview experiences I have had in my long career. The talent acquisition person was communicative, direct, while being approachable. Had two interviews - one in person with the hiring managers, and another by phone with a different manager. Everyone was professional and also down to earth. They appreciated and answered my detailed questions as well.
Was kept in the loop all the way through - No delays. Accepted this offer, out of two different offers - due to the overall technical fit, friendly culture, and location.
