I've interviewed a lot, and this was by far the most pleasant process I've been through. Everything is very transparent, low-stress, and timely. Their recruitment and Human Resources team is genuinely friendly, personable, and helpful. They even explained the reason behind the compensation in their offer! I've never had a potential employer do that in the past, and I really respect FareHarbor for this. There were 3 rounds of interviews overall, with a take-home assignment. Every interview felt like a casual conversation with friends! The vibes of the people the choose to represent their respective teams is 100% on point. The interviews made me even more excited to start with the company. I have no idea how they designed their recruitment process, but it sure is working!! I was so nervous initially, but everyone I interviewed with put me at ease. It was a great experience.
