I was contacted after having applied for a job. Initially they seemed very keen and I had 3 different interviews quite quickly with them. After that their enthusiasm cooled off and and I never heard back from them again which I found very rude.

The actual interview questions were ok, its just that the candidate experience was bad and that's a shame since they told me they are going to hire a lot of people, but they clearly are not managing the recruitment process very well so good luck to them with that rapid growth when they cant even respond to candidates they have been interviewing.

Meeting multiple people, takes a long time without being explained prior
Some people very young, inexperienced interviewing for senior positions
Also the last person was borderline rude, completely uninterested in her job and did not talk at all except asking pre prepared questions
Very amateurish employing people who are obviously just out of college and shouldn’t be interviewing others
Do not recommend
