I applied online and the entire process from application to offer letter took two weeks (and it would have taken less time if I had had more availability). I had a phone screen and was asked to come in the next day only a few hours after my phone screen. When I was able to come in, I met with three different people. It was more conversational than question and answer, which I enjoyed. I then spoke to one more person on the phone before I was offered the job. Everyone was very nice!

Entrevista
I applied online and heard back within a day. They'll send you a short personality quiz which is very straightforward. After that, I had a phone screen. The person I spoke with was incredibly nice and asked some great questions. She seemed very enthusiastic about the company and was very pleasant to talk to.
By the end of the call, I was asked to come in for an interview the following week. I had 3 rounds of 1:1's, each lasted 15-30 minutes. Everyone I met with was nice, down-to-earth, and passionate about the company. I found it to be a very comfortable process.
I was offered the position the same day, but I had to decline due to receiving an offer from a different company more in line with what kind of role I wanted. They seem like a great group of people and I wish the company well.
