Overall the processes lasted one month. First screening call, then I have been invited for a call of 1hour and a half with 4 team members. After that, I received an assignment for analyzing around 11 websites. During the last call, I have been asked a few questions regarding my assignement and we tried to simulate a call with a client.

The interview was as expected for a standard phone interview. Summary of company and role and open for questions. There was transparency about the hybrid requirements and the salary and bonus structure.

The interview process consisted of three rounds: First round was with a recruiter, Second round was with the Account Manager Team, Third Round was a roleplay scenario with a client. Overall a straightforward process. Each round had a variety of questions and quick follow-up.
