I had a disappointing interview experience. The process stretched over several months, with multiple rounds, including an on-site visit, and consistent positive feedback throughout. However, the company kept extending the process with additional interviews without clear communication or closure. It left the impression that they were unsure about their hiring goals. If the intent isn’t to move forward, candidates’ time and effort should be treated with more respect. Really not sure if they were serious about hiring.
