I applied at my university's career website and talked to a recruiter at our career fair. I was notified that I was selected to interview with them on-campus, which was just a 30-45 minute one on one interview where I was asked mostly behavioral questions and one coding question, and any conceptual technical questions if the conversation steers in that direction. I was then invited to their onsite interview in their building in Reston. it was all-day but the style of interviewing was unique and, actually, kind of fun. It was almost like speed dating, but with an interviewer. I talked to 3 interviewers, which involved a mix of behavioral, technical, and brain teaser questions! All my interviewers were very nice and enjoyable to talk to! In the end, I got an offer from them! I have yet to accept it tho.
