Had high hopes. Email from recruiter to set up a screener with hiring manager. Interview was cordial and candid but honestly felt the manager was near sighted and niche - but not a problem . But the follow through? That’s the problem. Complete fail. Considering this is a director level position the common courtesy would be to let candidates know the job was filled. I even followed up myself only to be met by silence. It’s only now, snooping on Internet that I see the position was filled months ago.
