I initially was interviewed by telephone by a Fannie Mae recruiter. That interview progressed to an Interview with multiple other Director level positions simultaneously. All interviewers were cordial and asked very relevant questions to the position I was being interviewed for. I thought I was going to receive an offer, as did the Fannie Mae recruiter that I was working with, but they ended up filling the position internally. I believe with a less qualified candidate.
