Recruiter + 4 interviews. 2nd and 3 interviewers were late for 30 min calls. By the 4th call the last HM didn’t even ask questions, They just vented about the organizational chaos. The only question was whether I was okay with that. Imagine my surprise when I get a call telling me that they want someone with more experience.
