Phone screen was rescheduled twice due to emergency on Senior Talent Partner's end. I wasn't happy about it but these things can happen, especially in the middle of a pandemic, so I just tried to be very understanding and flexible. On the interview he asked if I read the reviews on Glassdoor and tried to explain the bad reputation. Other than that the interview was pretty straightforward. He promised to get back to me, even if they decide not to move forward with my application, but that never happened. Not even a generic rejection email. I was completely ghosted. There’s a reason why this company has so many negative reviews. They treat their candidates like absolute GARBAGE - big red flag for how they would treat you as an employee. RUN FAST from Fandom!
