I had 4 interviews in September for this role, did not get the job. Three months later the same position opened again. I applied and was granted another interview. Just 15 minutes before the interview, I received this email from HR:
"You are on my calendar to meet today. Upon reviewing your application, I realized you recently interviewed for a similar position with us just a few months ago.
As part of our hiring process, we would like candidates to wait a full year before applying for the same or similar roles. This allows us to ensure fairness and provide meaningful opportunities for further skill development and growth.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and encourage you to stay connected with us for future opportunities that align with your interests and qualifications. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions."
Would be nice to know if my age was a factor because I am well qualified but their policy is:
"We understand that you may want feedback on your interview; however, our policy is not to share feedback with candidates. This policy helps us maintain a fair and consistent evaluation process for all applicants."
Apparently. everything they do is out of fairness in their mindset.
