Starts with an initial call with a recruiter to explain the role and then a call with hiring manager where you're given a design test to complete after the interview. My test was to redesign the homepage using a supplied brief. After submitting the test there was an in person interview to review your design and any additional interview questions, and then the recruiter reached out shortly after.

Got a call from HR to get to know each other and schedule a meeting with the Art Director. After a call with the Art Director, I was given an unpaid test where I had to provide some deliverables to present. I had a week to get my stuff done and present. It was very formal and professional. I thought I had a great shot, but was told they weren't moving forward with role after I had presented my work at the final interview.
