My interview process at Fanatics was great. The first call was with the HR manager who made me feel very comfortable and excited about continuing the interview process. After that I landed an interview with the head of the department. It was over video call which I had not done before. All of the employers made it clear they were excited to be there and listen to me. I did not land the position but am still continuing to apply to positions within the company as I had such a great experience.

Entrevista
I was initially contacted for a video interview a couple of months after submitting my application. The conversation went well, and I left feeling optimistic about the next steps. However, after following up with the recruiter, I was informed that the role had been placed on hold. Nearly a week later, I noticed the same position had been reposted. From a professional standpoint, the post-interview process felt somewhat disorganized and inconsistent, especially after being told one thing and seeing another unfold.
