The process took 2 weeks and it went very smoothly. The first interview was a call with the recruiter. Then I was scheduled to go onsite where I was interviewed by 5 people with 30-minute intervals each with a mix of technical and non-technical questions.
After that, I was scheduled for another onsite interview with the upper management of the team where the role was a part of. Got an offer 2 days later.

What do you think are the possible reasons for a Cost-per-click to go up and down?
I had a phone interview and the person I spoke with didn't even take the time to tell me they were not moving forward with me. This is very unprofessional.

Entrevista
Initial phone interview with very friendly manager who was insightful and gave honest overview of the process, responsibilities, and career growth. Second interview included a test of how you look at and analyze some data regarding paid advertising (cost per click, etc).
