Group activity, role play of bad and good customer interaction and how to deal with it, and how to address issues at a work place and what to avoid and what not to let pass.

They showed us around Wembley Stadium and outside, told us the locations of the stalls. Then showed us how to use the tills and talked about the rules and expecations of the role. At the end we sat in the staff room and they showed a powerpoint of info about the company and upcoming events.
