Real informal. Just had a conversation about myself with the store manger. Really just spoke about my past work history. Just a general conversation about family and things like that. It seemed like it was just about getting to know me as a person. Talked about my kids etc. At the end of the interview we spoke about what the salary would be.Was offered the job later that day. I had to go to orientation the next day at the corporate office. I was required to take a drug test that same day and started work the next day.
