The interview was fast and unprofessional. I couldn't believe how easy it was for famous Daves to offer you a job. The interview was staged by two managers. The manager and her higher manager. They will ask you questions about your last jobs and why they should hire you.

Entrevista
Easy and straight forward. Experience not totally necessary. Good environment, people seem nice, hours are good and they are flexible. Asked about working in a team environment and how I handled working with a difficult co-worker.
one standard interview. Just like any other restaurant interview. They place special emphasis on bringing energy and being able to make people feel at home. bring a positive attitude and having experience will help otherwise you will likely start as a host
