Usually you would see an add online and respond to that ad with your resume and answer some questions. Then the agent would call you for a brief interview where they would send you to a link to watch a video. Then if you respond to them after watching the video, they could make sure you’re contracted then you could start right away.

The interview was easy but the job title was misleading. Instead of being an underwriter, the position is for sales. They say they will provide "warm" calls where you will go to a person's house and sell them insurance, but it just wasn't for me. This is definitely a sales job.
Family First Life will work with anyone who either has or is willing to obtain an insurance license. They will even pay for the course required in order to take the state exam.
