Spoke briefly with a friend who was a RHRM, officially applied for Cincinnati OH-DM role. Received a called from Field Recruiter who phone screened me and sold me on a Sioux Falls SD-DM role. 4-days later phone interview with RVP and RHRM. 3-days later phone interview with the RLPM. Following week received a call from recruiter and flew to Minneapolis to meet both the RVP, RHRM and AOM (Metro DM). Went to lunch, discussed role further, district size(Store Count and Sales Volume), opportunities within district, resources, training and tools, along with business partners in the field.
Exactly one week later received a call from Recruiter to inform me that they wanted me and she asked what was I thinking about salary. The salary in which they where looking to pay was $61k (60-65). Unless it is a high shrink district, a district in which is hard to staff or a metro AOM the pay structure is awful.
FYI, Found out that the GVP and not the RVP can override pay bans if needed only.
Complete waste of time. No thank you

Lots of conversations with the recruiter.
Regional/Recruiter rescheduled interview 3 times. No one attended one of the scheduled interviews and was asked to stay on the line in case someone shows up.
Underwhelming phone panel review where everyone seemed distracted by something else.
Questions were very basic and pertained to the role.

They asked me to take them through my retail career .
We talked about their organization and what I could bring to it .
