I heard from a collegue working in another division of Falu Kommun that they was interested in my to work for them as he was going to retire. His boss contacted me, we met for an interview. Next step was that they advertised it out ( because you have to ). During this time I met the leading group of other chefs, and then the staff I was going to be chef for. When the time for advertising had gone, I was offered the job, and I accepted. Tha´t´s it.
