It was a quick process and everyone I spoke with was straightforward. Questions were reasonable and led to authentic conversation about my experience and what the expectations for the role are. The recruiter was very personable, responsive and answered all of my questions.
I had a phone screen, interview with the hiring manager and an interview with potential future teammates all within a week. Offer sent (and accepted) within a few days. Total time from application to offer letter was less than 3 weeks.

The number of steps and conversations involved was a bit much, especially for what the role was presented as. I was required to do a technology screening and later learned that this wasn't a usual step, even for folks providing patient care via telehealth. I was interviewed by the hiring manager who didn't end up being my supervisor, despite being told he would be.
