The interview process was extremely time-intensive, with an excessive number of rounds that felt repetitive and unnecessary. While I understand the need for thorough hiring practices, the amount of time and energy required was disproportionate to the overall experience and outcome. In my opinion, the process isn’t worth the investment, and I would not recommend it to other candidates.
