pleasant, personal, none formal but professional, they were accommodating, focused on personality and character, it was overall a good experience and I left feeling good about the whole thing. The follow up was timely and it all worked out at the end.

Interview process was fast. Questions were not too hard, hiring manager and the rest of the team were focused on finding a good culture fit as well as a good employee. There were 4 interviews total.
